Directly from your native order management systems
All of our API services are accessible through our Wholesale Connect API Gateway. An API management tool that allows us to simplify secure access to our API portfolio, through a single authentication process. This means once you've been registered once in our API Gateway, you can use the same set of authentication credentials to access our entire current and expanding portfolio of API services.
All of our APIs now support four core connectivity products: our National High Capacity Services and Dedicated High Capacity Services – through which you can now access high bandwidth speeds, and low latency, with bandwidths of up to 10 Gbps - in addition to our National Ethernet and Ethernet Extensions products.
We believe the integration of these API services will provide you with a more connected and uninterrupted workflow across your ordering journey – significantly improving your ease of doing business with us.

This API package contains the following services:
Retrieve a list of your network accounts, enabling you to select a specific account for which to retrieve network inventory information.
Retrieve notifications for any planned works and outages, to our network, that may impact your circuits and/or service at your sites.
Retrieve a list of the active circuits registered under a specified account (with each circuit object containing key circuit, site and product identifying information).
Retrieve the list of contacts registered under a specified account.
This API package contains the following services:
Enable you to raise a new network fault incident ticket into our fault management system, and to update an existing, open incident ticket, with more information to aid speedier resolution. You will be able to send attachments through the API for both raising and updating an incident ticket.
Retrieve a list of all open fault incident tickets against your account, including the resolution status of each ticket
Retrieve a log of fault handler notes about the resolution or progress of a selected fault incident ticket.
Complete the API registration form.
Our API Platform team will create your internal customer account within the API Gateway and assign the API service(s) you wish to consume.
These will act as your access credentials to our API service. Our registration process will also include the whitelisting of your IP addresses.
This process will take 5–7 business days, following which you'll be ready to begin testing!
